Something You Know™ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal security and intelligence purposes only.

Permitted Uses

• Security research and analysis
• Accessing threat intelligence for cybersecurity defense
• Internal reporting and documentation
• Sharing intelligence within your organization (based on subscription tier)

Prohibited Uses

• Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing the Service
• Scraping or automated harvesting of data outside normal use
• Reverse engineering or attempting to derive source code
• Using the Service to build or train competing products
• Sharing login credentials with unauthorized users
• Using the Service for illegal or abusive purposes
• Unauthorized attempts to access restricted parts of the Service

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, functionality, and materials within ICS Dossier™ Pro Suite—including UI/UX design, aggregation logic, visualizations, analysis, trademarks, and branding—are owned by Something You Know™ and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party intelligence sources retain ownership of their original content.

Data and Intelligence Sources

ICS Dossier™ aggregates intelligence from multiple authoritative public sources such as CISA, ICS-CERT, vendor advisories, and independent security researchers.

User Accounts & Subscriptions

Analysts Free Edition

• Free for individual professionals
• Feature-limited
• May be modified or discontinued at any time

Professional Suite (Premium)

• Subscription-based monthly or annual plans
• Payment in advance through a secure gateway
• No prorated refunds for partial months
• Pricing changes require 60-day notice

Account Responsibilities

• You must safeguard your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must report unauthorized access immediately.

Privacy & Data Collection

Your data is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy. This may include:

• Account and profile information
• Usage activity (searches, filters, views)
• Technical metadata (browser, IP, timestamps)

Export Control & Compliance

Some intelligence may be subject to export control laws. Users are responsible for compliance when accessing or sharing such content.

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Something You Know™ and its personnel from claims arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of others’ rights
• Unauthorized redistribution of intelligence data

Service Modifications & Termination

• We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
• We may update these Terms by posting revised versions.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

• Informal resolution via email is required first.
• Governing law: United States and the state of registration.
• Jurisdiction: courts located within the United States.

Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy constitute the full agreement between you and Something You Know™ regarding ICS Dossier™ Pro Suite.
